This website is dedicated to the officers and men of Marine Bombing Squadron Six-Thirteen who, as group of young men, served as Marines with the belief of Semper Fidelis.  Although many of them are now gone -- the rest in the twilight of their years -- it is fitting that this website be dedicated with the hope they will be remembered for their faithful and honorable service.

Marine Bombing Squadron Four Thirty Three. An outstanding website on VMB-433. This website is dedicated to the men who served the United States in World War II, and specifically the devoted members of Marine Bombing Squadron Four Thirty Three, also known as VMB-433.


VMB-611

A tribute to Capt. Doit L. Fish who served with Marine Bomber Squadron VMB 611, Marine Air Group 32, 1st Marine Air Wing. He went Missing in Action on 30 May 1945 near Davao, Mindanao, Philippine Islands.
Crew remains recovered November, 1956, group burial July 1957.
